Europe City Rankings have been published by 2THINKNOW since 2009. This ranking is set of the annual global Innovation Cities™ Index.

The region of Europe covers cities in continental Europe (including E.U. members and countries historically considered European) and the U.K.. Note, inclusions within this regional classification may vary from year to year. Currently, due to development level the major cities in Israel, Turkey and Russia are also included within this classification, but Eurasia cities are included in Emerging.
